· Volunteer to assist staff with printing press and an industry assembly line demonstration activity at the Grout Museum District’s Museum School Day on Wednesday, November 14 from 10:00 a.m. until 1 p.m. Volunteers age 18 and over are welcome.

· The Waterloo Blue Zones Engagement Committee is seeking volunteers to join their Media Subcommittee. Individuals interested in wellness, public event organizing, event promotion, and those who can devote 3-4 hours a month are encouraged to participate. Volunteers age 18 and over are welcome.
· Waterloo Community Schools are in need of 500 school based mentors to meet with students one hour a week at school for the entire school year. Mentors help students achieve personal and academic growth by providing encouragement and one to one assistance. They may work on school projects, play a game or just talk and get to know one another. Volunteers will be matched with a student at a school convenient to the volunteer. Volunteers age 18 and over are welcome.
