ELIGIBILITY & CRITERIA
- Be a woman 18 years or older.
- Have a record of exemplary service within her community and the community at large.
- Be able to demonstrate the impact of her work within her community.
- Be aspirational and inspirational to others.
- Demonstrate commitment to her cause.
- Exemplify leadership.
- Non-compensated.
